Tin Toss

Last week was Innovation day, and I’m here to tell you about my view of it. On innovation day my partner Georgia and I presented our game/project, Tin Toss. Here is what it looks like. And this is our video.

After presenting to the parents and siblings I felt like we could have explained our slides a little bit more, However, I was really excited about getting to build the circuit and the presentation. The objective of the game is to toss the alligator clip with a tin foil ball on the end, into a cup with foil in there too, so by how our circuit was made, when the metal and metal touch it causes it to make a buzzing sound.

While making our game we didn’t know how hard it was gonna be to get the ball into the cup. We gave the players 3 turns to get it in, if you get it in on the first try you get 5 points, if you get it in on the second try you get three points and if you get it in on the third try you get 1 point, the person with the most points by the end of four minutes wins.
